This is a capture session, not a decision session. No idea is killed or approved today.
30 minutes total. Each idea gets 3–5 minutes max. Move fast.
The owner defends the idea. The other two ask questions only — not judge, not kill.
Ideas with a working MVP skip Idea Pool and go directly to Incubation next Tuesday.
What goes to Tuesday: all ideas with name + owner + urgency become Jira tickets in Idea Pool (or Incubation if MVP).
